Hiring Process
In order to properly provide security services in an ethical and professional manner, the company you
choose must have the necessary resources available to them, to comply with your scope of services.
Each site will operate in the following manner:
Recruiting
There will be three professional recruiters operating from different locations that will work to fill whatever personnel needs are required for each project.
Application Process
All employees assigned to this location will be asked to complete an employment application. The application will include a test to verify the applicant’s ability to understand and write the English language. Also, part of the test will include mathematical, computer, and any other skills needed to determine their ability and qualifications to become a member of our team.
Interview
Once the above mentioned has been completed and approved, the applicant will go through an extensive interview process conducted by experienced Personnel Director.
Urinalysis
The applicant will be asked to submit to a drug and alcohol screening.
Background Investigation
Once the applicant has successfully passed the urinalysis exam they will also be screened for the following:
- Local Crimes
- Federal Crimes (through the state fingerprint process).
Processing
Once the applicant has successfully passed the pre-screening process, they will again be processed by the Personnel Directors and offered a position.
Orientation
The Applicant will receive an orientation which will include systems, procedures, and policies of Feick Security Corporation and the client.
Training
Prior to being assigned to the applicable position, the applicant will have to successfully pass a training course for that position.
Site-Specific Training
Feick Security Corporation has set up a training course with a state-certified training school to give each employee a specific site-training course. The client and Feick will create post orders and site forms to outline your specific needs. This classroom environment will enhance the client’s security program and elevate the level of trained officers.
Supervision
In addition to having your on-site Supervisor (if applicable), Feick Security Corporation will go a step further and provide you with supervisory visits by our Road Supervisors who will inspect each site. All Road Supervisors will also be available to sit in for officers who for any reason do not report to work. Supervisors will also be trained to provide additional training to officers assigned by Feick Security Corporation who are experiencing problems in any area of duty.
Contract Manager
Feick Security Corporation will provide a Contract Manager for each client. A member of our management team will be available to you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to comply with the requirements set forth in this proposal. We strongly believe in providing our clients with the utmost professional and ethical services, and train our personnel to think and perform in exactly the same manner.
Quality Control Managers
In addition to the Contract Manager provided to you by Feick Security Corporation a Quality Control Manager will be assigned, who will be in constant contact with the assigned director from your location to receive any concerns regarding any personnel of Feick Security Corporation.
Dispatch Center
Feick Security Corporation has a dispatch center available to handle any problems or concerns that may arise during the day-to-day operations. The dispatch center is open 24 hours a day, year-round, and is manned by dispatchers. In the event of an emergency, our operations will continue to run as scheduled providing our clients with uninterrupted service during the most crucial of times.

Cost Control
Feick Security Corporation appreciates the importance of strictly maintaining budgets. At times, budget restraints can cause problems. Feick Security Corporation has designed a plan that will comply with any financial plan in accordance with the proposed price submitted in this proposal.
Feick Security Corporation will not bill you for overtime as a result of scheduling problems. Overtime charges will be assessed when additional coverage is requested outside of this contract agreement.
Because we are not a government agency and there is an exception in the law, Feick Security Corporation cannot take advantage of the pre-employment Polygraph examination. However, specific examinations will be available if a problem arises at an additional cost to the client.
Service Reliability
Feick Security Corporation has a proven reputation for being a company that is dependable and willing to take any steps necessary to ensure that all contracts are being operated according to the bid specifications.
Scheduling
Feick Security Corporation will have a dispatch center available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to serve you with scheduling needs or employee information access at any time of the day. In order to provide optimal client benefit, a system of checks and balances has been implemented to prevent officers from being double scheduled. Automatic notification will inform us if an officer’s license has expired so that no unlicensed personnel are on active duty. The program is interconnected and allows all officers to work with the program simultaneously regardless of time of day or volume.
In accordance with policy, all employees must call on duty (from their job location) 15 minutes prior to commencing their duty. This computer system will log the employee on duty. If for some reason the employee does not call on duty 15 minutes prior to the commencement of their shift, the computer will automatically alert the dispatcher of this particular employee’s failure to call. At this time the dispatcher will immediately dispatch a Road Supervisor to cover the employee’s shift. To spare you any inconvenience, all Road Supervisors will be trained in the operations of all positions required of a specific post.
In addition to all the scheduling systems and procedures currently in place, the company has emergency backup systems to assist should an urgent situation or disaster occur.
Client Communications
Feick Security Corporation values the importance of providing excellent communication between client and company, and as a result has implemented policies to ensure optimum communication:
- In the case of emergency situations such as hurricanes, riots, labor disputes, or natural disasters, please contact Management to set up your specific program.
- Monthly meetings will be scheduled between the client and Feick personnel to evaluate the previous month’s performance record.
- Weekly meetings will be scheduled between the client’s on-site personnel and Contract Manager to evaluate the weekly performance and prepare for any new agenda that must be included during the monthly meeting.
- Daily contact will be made between Feick’s Quality Control staff and the client’s on-site staff in order to review any daily problems that may have occurred.
- Feick Security Corporation Road Supervisors will be in daily contact, as they check your site, with on-site personnel and are available to discuss situations that may need to be addressed.
